Community management, automated.
Every new follower, mention, and DM is a moment someone's paying attention to you. SocFlow reacts to them the instant they happen, live today on X, Bluesky, and Mastodon.
Six rules, running continuously.
- WHEN New follower on X
- THEN Send a DM welcoming them, with a link to what you post about.
- WHEN Keyword mention of your brand
- THEN Like the post and reply with a templated thank-you.
- WHEN DM received on Bluesky or Mastodon
- THEN Reply automatically, or flag it for you if it needs a real answer.
- WHEN Mention from an unverified, brand-new account
- THEN Skip the auto-reply and flag it for a human instead — no automated interaction reaches an account that hasn't earned the trust filters.
- WHEN Keyword mention above a follower-count threshold
- THEN Reply publicly instead of DMing — bigger accounts get public visibility, not an inbox message.
- WHEN New follower on any other connected account
- THEN Send the same welcome-DM template, no separate setup needed per account.
No notification goes unanswered because no one was online.
A rule doesn't sleep, take weekends, or get buried under a hundred other notifications. Every time one fires, it's logged with what triggered it and what ran — so you can see exactly what your accounts did without having watched it happen.
Fast doesn't mean reckless.
Automated community engagement has a well-known failure mode: replying to, liking, or following every account that happens to say a keyword, whether or not they wanted the attention. SocFlow's filters — account age, follower count, verified status — exist to stop that. A rule can react in seconds without reacting to everyone.
On platforms with explicit bot-interaction guidance, like Bluesky, SocFlow only offers the interactions that guidance allows — you won't find a "like every keyword match" action there, because it isn't one we'll build.
A couple of things people ask.
- Do I have to write every reply from scratch?
- No — write a template once per action and it fires the same way every time a rule matches. You can still template different tones for different triggers.
- What if a DM needs a real, human answer?
- Route it to a flag-for-review action instead of an auto-reply — it shows up on your board so you can answer it yourself, you just don't have to be watching for it to arrive.
